Who is responsible
This website belongs to the owner of Forest Villa 86 in Vakantiepark Schaijk, the Netherlands. If you have a question about your data, email forestvilla86schaijk@gmail.com.
What data we collect
Only the details you enter in the contact form yourself: first name, last name, email address, phone number if you add it, your question or comment and what you would like, for example a viewing. We also see which language you used to send the form and which website or link brought you here, for example Instagram or Funda.
What we use it for
We only use your details to answer your question, send you the information you asked for and arrange a viewing. To do that we share them with Serava Makelaardij in Laren, the estate agent handling the sale and viewings. We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising, and we never sell them.
We process your details because this is necessary to send you information and arrange a viewing at your request, as a step before a possible purchase (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who processes your data
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which receives and stores the form submissions for us. Netlify is a US company and takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify. Enquiries also arrive in our Gmail (Google) mailbox.
Serava Makelaardij is responsible for its own use of your details, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for no longer than three months after the villa is sold. After that we delete them.
Cookies and statistics
This website does not use cookies or trackers. The fonts, photos and video are hosted on this website itself, so no outside services such as Google Fonts or YouTube are loaded. That is also why you do not see a cookie banner.
As with any website, the hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address and browser to keep the site secure and working properly. We do not use that data to track you.
If you click a link to, for example, Google Maps, Funda, ImmoScout24 or Serava, you go to another website, where its own privacy rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict their use, or to receive them in a common file format. Email forestvilla86schaijk@gmail.com to do so. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to a data protection authority, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
